TACH
II · The Ode
ՏԱՂ·takh·ode, hymn
Every TACH is a tagh — a short song in dark chocolate.
In medieval Armenia the tagh was a lyrical hymn — composed to be felt, not merely heard. We compose ours from cocoa, fruit, and patience.
- Artsakh
- pomegranate from the autumn orchards
- Syunik
- walnuts from the cool stone valleys
- Ararat
- sea salt, a whisper of it
- Yerevan
- coffee, roses, and the atelier itself
